Important Notice
Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. By using the Solio platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Introduction and Definitions
Welcome to the Solio platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User") and the Solio platform operator ("Operator", "we", "us").
Solio is a crowdfunding platform built on the Solana blockchain that allows users to create fundraisers ("Projects") and receive donations in SOL cryptocurrency.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
- You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- You must not be a resident of a country where cryptocurrency use is prohibited
- By using the platform, you represent that you meet all of the above conditions
3. Registration and Account
- Registration is required to create a project
- You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials
- Information provided must be truthful and current
- Each user may have only one account
- You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account
- Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
4. Projects and Fundraisers
- Project creators are fully responsible for content and fulfilling their promises
- Projects must not violate applicable laws or third-party rights
- Goal amount and end date cannot be changed after the first donation
- Creators must set up a Solana wallet to receive payouts
5. Prohibited Content and Activities
On the Solio platform, it is strictly prohibited to create projects or conduct activities related to:
- Weapons and Explosives - sale, manufacture, or promotion of weapons, ammunition, explosives, or their components
- Drugs and Controlled Substances - sale, distribution, or promotion of illegal drugs, psychotropic substances, or equipment for their manufacture
- Pornography and Sexual Content - explicit sexual content, erotic services, or materials depicting minors
- Hate Content - promotion of violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
- Fraudulent Activities - scams, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes
- Money Laundering - terrorism financing, money laundering, or other illegal financial activities
- Illegal Services - hacking services, sale of stolen data, fake documents
- Gambling - illegal gambling or casinos
- Copyright Infringement - illegal copying, distribution, or sale of protected content
- Deceptive Projects - projects with intentionally false information or unfulfillable promises
6. Right to Remove Content
The Operator reserves the right without prior notice to:
- Remove, ban, or suspend any project that violates these Terms
- Remove or modify content we consider inappropriate, misleading, or harmful
- Block or terminate the account of users who repeatedly violate the rules
- Suspend payouts in case of suspected fraud or illegal activity
- Cooperate with law enforcement in investigating criminal activity
We will inform you of the reasons for removal unless it compromises platform security or is prohibited by law.
7. Donations and Payments
- All donations are voluntary and NON-REFUNDABLE
- By donating through the platform, you express your intention to support a specific project
- 100% of donations go to the platform wallet during the fundraiser
- After the fundraiser ends, a 2.5% platform fee is deducted
- 97.5% is paid out to the creator at their Solana address
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible and cannot be undone
- The platform does not control how creators use the collected funds
8. Fees
Solio charges a fee of 2.5% of the total amount raised. This fee is deducted when paying out funds to the creator.
Users also pay Solana network transaction fees, which are not part of the platform fee.
9. Limitation of Liability - IMPORTANT
The Solio platform operator is NOT LIABLE for:
- Fulfillment of creator promises - we do not guarantee that creators will fulfill their obligations to donors
- Cryptocurrency price fluctuations - the value of SOL may change; we are not responsible for losses caused by exchange rate changes
- Blockchain technical issues - outages, delays, or failures of the Solana network
- Loss of credentials - forgotten passwords, loss of wallet seed phrase
- Hacking attacks - attacks on your wallet or account beyond our control
- Fraudulent projects - despite our efforts, fraudulent projects cannot be completely excluded
- Indirect damages - lost profits, reputation damage, or other consequential damages
The service is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties.
10. Cryptocurrency Risks
By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and their value can fluctuate dramatically
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible
- Cryptocurrency regulations may change and affect service availability
- Technological risks (smart contract bugs, network failures)
- Loss of access to your wallet means permanent loss of funds
11. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with this policy.
12. Service and Account Termination
- Solio reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account without prior notice in case of violation of these Terms
- In case of account termination, ongoing projects will be handled individually
- Funds on the platform wallet will be paid out according to standard rules or returned if possible
- We may terminate or suspend the entire platform at any time
13. Intellectual Property
- Platform content (design, code, logo) is protected by copyright
- Users retain rights to content they upload to the platform
- By uploading content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display it
14. Changes to Terms
Solio may change these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or announcement on the platform.
By continuing to use the service after Terms changes, you agree to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, stop using the platform.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts.
Before filing a lawsuit, we will attempt to resolve the dispute out of court through communication with our support.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
By using the Solio platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms without reservation.
