How do I create a project?
Register or log in, click "Create Project" and fill in the required details - title, description, goal amount, and end date. We recommend adding quality images and a detailed description.
Which wallets are supported?
We support most popular Solana wallets including Phantom, Solflare, and Backpack. To donate, you just need SOL in your wallet.
How much do I pay to use the platform?
The platform fee is 2.5% of the amount raised. This fee is deducted only at payout after the fundraiser ends. Additionally, you pay minimal Solana network transaction fees (usually less than $0.01 per transaction).
When will I receive the raised funds?
Funds are automatically paid out to your configured Solana address after the fundraiser ends (according to the set end date). Payout is usually processed within 5 minutes after the fundraiser ends.
What if I don't reach my goal?
Unlike some other platforms, with Solio you receive the raised funds even if you don't reach your goal. There is no minimum threshold for payout.
Can I extend the fundraiser or change the goal?
The end date and goal amount can only be changed while the project has no donations. After the first donation, these details are locked to maintain supporter trust.
How does wallet login work?
When logging in with a wallet, you sign a one-time message with a random code. This verifies that you own the wallet. We don't send any transactions and don't have access to your funds.
Are donations anonymous?
Donations from non-logged-in users are displayed as "Anonymous". If you're logged in, your username is shown. However, all transactions are publicly visible on the blockchain.
What are milestones (stretch goals)?
Milestones are optional goals beyond the basic fundraising goal. They allow you to motivate supporters to make additional donations by promising additional content or features when a higher amount is reached.
Is Solio available on mainnet or devnet?
We are currently running on mainnet (production network). On devnet, you can test with test SOL obtained from the Solana faucet.
